Vendor & Artist Application
Thank you for your interest in vending with Magic in the Redwoods. We are now accepting applications for Vendor Space and Artist tables!
Our space is limited - so we will be selecting vendors and artists that complement each other and bring a variety of products to the event. Please include detailed information about the items you wish to sell when completing the application. We will review your application as quickly as possible and get back to you if you have been accepted.

Vendor areas are 10'X10' and cost $100 per day.
Artist areas are 6'X6' and cost $100 per day.

When you are accepted as a Vendor or Artist with Magic in the Redwoods, your sales space will include the following:
Vendors will receive:
A 10'X10' space at the front of the Main Event Hall
Tables (Please let us know how many you would like)
Chairs
Two Vendors Badges (Full Weekend Access)
Free Wifi
Artists will receive:
A 6'X6' space in the "Artist's Alley" on the left side of the Main Event Hall.

When applying as a vendor you must agree to these terms and conditions and you must fill out the Tax Information Form as soon as you are accepted and pay for your booth space. (Please note that the term "Vendor" applies to both Vendor Space and Artist Tables)
Vendors understand that these rules are established to ensure a safety and order. They protect the security, liability, and public image of the convention and its attendees. Vendors agree that rules and policies, including these, are important and necessary for the smooth operation of the event, and they agree to abide by all such rules and policies.
Magic in the Redwoods and its staff are authorized to enforce these policies and any policies it may enact, and we may provide penalties for violations of convention policies, including but not limited to ejection from the convention without refund.
All vendors agree that they have and are solely responsible for having all the proper licensing that is required to do business at the convention or within the state or county.
Vendors agree they are solely responsible for the legality and merchantability of any items they sell.
Vendors may not bring merchandise into the vendors room that would be illegal to sell. This includes but is not limited to bootleg DVDs, unlicensed replicas or products, etc.
Magic in the Redwoods reserves the right to inspect a vendor's space and its products at any time. We may open and inspect any item, box, or container that are in packaging. We will NOT open items that are in their original manufacturer's packaging.
Selling weapons is prohibited.
Our convention is family friendly. Displays of adult material is at the sole discretion of Magic in the Redwoods. Vendors must take steps to prevent minors from viewing materials that are violent, explicit, or otherwise unsuitable for anyone under 18. If you are found illegally selling inappropriate materials to minors you will be ejected from the convention without refund.
Vendors may not rent, sell, transfer, or sublet space to anyone else.
Signs, decorations, banners, etc may not be taped, nailed, tacked, stapled, or otherwise fastened to ceilings, walls, painted surfaces, or columns at our convention facility. If you cause damage to the facility you will be held fully accountable for any repairs and penalties.
Magic in the Redwoods is not responsible for losses due to theft, damage, fire, or any other causes. Vendors must take care to watch their own space.
Magic in the Redwoods reserves the right to ask any Vendor to leave the convention at any time for any reason that we believe may harm the event.
Vendors agree and understand that they must show up on time (8AM) for load in. Vendors agree and understand that if they show up late or not at all, that their space may be forfeited without refund. No exceptions. Early Bird set up Thursday 3/20/2025 may be available for select vendors.
Magic in the Redwoods reserves the right to amend, adapt, modify, update or otherwise change these rules at any time to protect the safety, security, liability, or public image of the convention and/or its attendees, or for any other reason deemed necessary.
Refund Policy: Magic in the Redwoods Does not grant refunds on Vendor Space once purchased, and spaces are not transferrable to another vendor, and you may not sub-lease or rent the space to anyone else. In the event of an emergency there may be an exception made. Please contact cora@magicintheredwoods and explain your situation; it will be handled on a case-by-case basis, however there is no guarantee of a refund.
