Official Wizards of the Coast Commander Banlist: https://magic.wizards.com/en/banned-restricted-list
Each two-player team shares a starting 30 life total, and takes their turn simultaneously but play spells in the regular priority order one at a time, with responses on the stack from opponent’s.
The team does not share any resources other than life.
Any reference to "you" on a card still applies to the individual holder.
Effects that read "each opponent" or "each player", however, affect each team member separately.
Players can block any creature(s) that are attacking them, their teammates or Planeswalkers their team controls.
The team that goes first skips their first draw step.
Commander: 99 card deck + a Commander card.
No sideboards
No changing out decks or swapping out cards between games
No proxies

Since the Command Zone is dedicated play space for EDH enthusiasts, there are no restrictions on using proxies while playing casual games in the Zone. We strongly encourage communicating with your pod prior to starting a game about the strength level of your deck, as well as if there are proxies present, to ensure that all players are on the same page and okay with proxies.
While playing in any On Demand Event or cEDH event that awards prize tickets or other prizing, Proxies are NOT allowed.
(This policy may be flexible if your pod specifically discusses proxies with event staff prior to competing for Prize Tix. Remember, this event is for you and we want to support fun, fair competition.)
