2.2 By purchasing tickets or registering for the Event, you confirm your eligibility to participate.

3. Ticket Purchases

3.1 Tickets for the Event must be purchased through the official website.

3.2 All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellation or postponement by the organizer.

3.3 Resale or transfer of tickets is permitted under extenuating circumstances only and must comply with any restrictions imposed by the organizer.

4. Event Rules and Conduct

4.1 Participants must adhere to the rules of Magic: The Gathering as outlined by Wizards of the Coast.

4.2 Disruptive behavior, cheating, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification and removal from the Event.

4.3 The Event organizer reserves the right to deny entry or eject attendees for failure to comply with these Terms.

5. Prizes

5.1 The Event features a $10,000 prize pool distributed according to the official prize structure, which will be announced on-site and on the website.

5.2 Prize eligibility is contingent upon compliance with all Event rules and procedures.

5.3 Winners are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on prizes.

6. Liability Waiver

6.1 Attendees participate in the Event at their own risk. The organizer is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property.

6.2 The organizer is not liable for any disruptions or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or venue restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Magic in the Redwoods or its content providers and is protected by copyright law.

7.2 Unauthorized use of Site content is prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy
